Nice post. I&#039;m a Toastmaster too and I&#039;ve been experimenting with ways of creating a speech in a short space of time over at my blog. I think what you need to be careful of is not having a solid structure to your speeches. If yuo&#039;re able to make points which are relevant to your overall theme and back them up with evidence then I think that could possbily help tighten your speeches. Just a thought...
